Sarah Campbell (she/her) - Manager
Sarah joined Healthwatch Barnet in May 2023, bringing 15 years of experience in engagement, research and advocacy. She is passionate about supporting local people to influence the design and delivery of health services in Barnet and nationally.
Before joining Healthwatch, Sarah led a number of successful projects working with diverse groups to change policy and practice. This included action research with social housing residents, refugees and survivors of domestic violence. She is proud to be working in a disability-led organisation, and is keen to use her personal and professional experiences to serve the residents of Barnet.
Daria Duda (they/she) - Research Coordinator
Daria joined Healthwatch Barnet in November 2023 as Research Coordinator. They have an academic background in Anthropology and are pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Anthropology and Community Development in addition to working at Healthwatch. They are very excited to apply their research expertise to create a platform for community voices to influence lasting policy changes. Daria is also a passionate student organiser with a focus on supporting LGBTQ+ students. Their experiences of negotiating queerness and disability in institutional settings make them a committed advocate for those facing multiple exclusions.
Sally Sonia Simmons - Senior Research and Participation Officer
Sally joined Healthwatch Barnet in July 2024. She is a trained demographer with interest in disease, disability and mortality research. Sally has worked with many third sector organisations in the UK, USA and Africa where she participated in several research projects. These interests and experience have influenced her dedication to community well-being and health services delivery in Barnet.

Jennifer is the Chair of the Healthwatch Barnet Advisory Board. She works as an Expert by Experience for the Care Quality Commission. She supports inspections of hospitals, care homes and domiciliary care agencies giving people who use services and their relatives a voice in the inspection process. Jennifer also is on Think Local Act Personal national co-production Advisory Group and is the Co-Chair of Inclusion Barnet.
