We understand that it can be difficult to find the correct resources when you are struggling, so we have put together some links:

If you need emergency medical help, please call 999. If you need medical advice, please call 111 or use NHS 111 online.
- Samaritans are available 24/7, even if your phone is restricted to emergency calls. Their phone number is 116 123.
- SHOUT offer text message support 24/7 - just text the word 'SHOUT' to 85258.
- Mind in Enfield and Barnet also has a crisis support number, as well as other resources. Their crisis service phone number for Barnet is 0208 343 5704 and is available between 4:30pm-10pm weekdays and 12-6pm weekends. If you are not in crisis but would still like support, they can be contacted by phone on 0208 906 7506 and by email at receptiondesk@mindeb.org.uk
- Campaign against living miserably (CALM) is available from 5pm to midnight, every day of the year. Their phone number is 0800 58 58 58 and they also have webchat, available on their website, if you would prefer to talk over text.
- Papyrus is a mental health charity aiming to prevent suicide among young people. They are available 24/7 for young people under the age of 35 who are having suicidal thoughts or anyone who has concerns about a young person having suicidal thoughts. Their telephone number is 0800 068 4141. They are also available over text at 07860 039 967 and their email is pat@papyrus-uk.org
